Device modeling is VERY important for SPICE.
By Winfield Hill
Device modeling is exceptionally important for getting reliable results from SPICE. This book deals with a device's physic equations, then relates that to typical measurements and parts reality, then relates that to various SPICE parameters. I bought my copy many years ago and found various items in the book very valuable while updating the 3rd edition of our tome, The Art of Electronics. Recommended.
