OK for what it is.

It's ok I guess. The style of teaching is not as good as some. This (like many many many mathematics texts) seems half slapped together like the author was taking time out of his busy schedule to write it and couldn't be bothered to explain things well.
I KNOW it's complicated and "hard". I use this stuff. But you can do better.
As far as I can tell there isn't anything technically wrong though. And it was cheap.
