Useless on a Practical Level

While I imagine that this book represents a thorough examination of the literature, there was limited or no practical utility to be had. While the book described the author's 5 stage program of biofeedback training with two specific case studies, the equipment required and the time commitment (each of the 5 stages requires at least 6 weeks) make the information presented utterly useless for the majority sports practitioners, athletes or coaches.
